Papers will be a formal 45 minute presentation while poster sessions are informal and designed to lead to a sharing of information and experiences. Topics likely to be coverec include; Quality of Service, QoS End Systems, Network Access and Deployment, Protocol Developement, Telecommunications Policy, Monitoring and Management, Voice and Video Delivery Mechanisms, WAN Technologies, VLAN and Multicast.
